This is a place to learn about magic and mysticism, to taste the many avenues and modalities of spirituality and connection. A Coming Home to the Body
This class/workshop is a gentle guidance into feeling the body from within, a work in and not a work out. During the practice you are invited to feel what is arising for you at the moment. We are giving ourselves permission to feel and search for our own truth. The embodied yoga flow is an invitation to awaken the feminine within us and to feel deeply what is arising. It invites softness and fluidity. The breath is invited to go to those areas that feel tight and blocked. The areas in the body that cause us a lot of difficulty and discomfort are the areas that provides us with more release and openness. Through the breath and awareness, we can regulate and direct the flow of energy where it is needed, the body is gently asked to release what needs to be released at that moment. We take the body into a safe space, the only space where healing can occur.

Healing Roots - A Family Constellations Workshop
Family Constellations works with the intuition of the participants and operates in the realms of the Collective Conscience, often referred to as the Knowing Field. Within this Field, we seek to uncover any unconscious scripts, patterns or collective laws that are running across generations and family relationship systems. We hold a space where Love is Made Visible and provide participants a unique opportunity to See What Is. We can then start to move away from the victim/rescuer paradigm by letting go of old patterns; accepting the past; and move towards creating fulfilling lives.

Family Constellations can help with:
- Healing conflicts in your relationships (with yourself, partner, family or friends)
- Feelings of not belonging or not being yourself
- Career and Financial Issues
- Health Conditions

In our closed container we will do an actual Family Constellation. This event will not be recorded.

One participant from our group will be the client, while other members will be representatives or witnesses. No experience is necessary just a willingness to feel and express what is moving through your body. If you would like to constellate, please contact me prior to the workshop. Union with Kaos
"I say unto you: one must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star. I say unto you: you still have chaos in yourselves. Alas, the time is coming when man will no longer give birth to a star." -Nietzsche

In Greek Mythology, everything arises from and eventually returns to Kaos. She is the formless, primordial abyss—a no-nonsense reminder that being on Earth, and choosing to serve Life itself, means a vulnerable journey into the heart of the unknown. There are many tales of individuals using their will to find non-human forces and ancient powers to help better their own lives, negotiate on their own terms and still wiggle their way out alive in the face of a bigger Life that is far from the ego-centric civilisation we are led by.

The individual-driven life is being burned away by a cosmic reminder of what it means for humanity to be in service to the whole. As soul initiation accelerates over the coming years, we are being asked to commune more with Kaos as a force of Love and to recalibrate to which Life we are serving.

Day to day, we can willingly choose to move toward the places that scare us and fall into deeper union with the unknown. When the individual self is willing to surrender to powers of Earth and Cosmos far beyond our control, we move away from our human-centric point of view and attune to a cosmic-centric way of Life. This will be an invocation of Kaos as our true nature. Expect a mix of ritual, teachings and sharing.
